• Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus niruri)
  Micali et al. 2006 (PMID 16890682): 150 people after shock-wave lithotripsy; 2 g/day Uriston extract ≥3 months. Overall stone-free 93.5% vs 83.3% (p=0.48). Lower-calyx only: 93.7% vs 70.8% (p=0.01). It helped fragments leave after a machine broke the stone. It did not dissolve a silent stone in a quiet kidney.

• Cola de Caballo (Equisetum giganteum)
  Giant horsetail, not European E. arvense. Mild diuretic, silica talk, thin human stone data.

• Manayupa (Desmodium molliculum)

Fever, colic, obstruction: clinic first. Diuretics plus this tea can waste minerals. Pregnancy: no.
