Inia is the pink river dolphin. The blend is a house decoction for cramps, inner cold, and the flat week after a heavy bleed.

• Chuchuhuasi (Monteverdia laevis / Maytenus)
  Bark for ache and cold pelvis. Human trials thin.

• Canelilla (Aniba canelilla)
  Cinnamon-scented Amazon bark. Souza-Junior et al. 2020 (PMC7264103, PMID 32528283): 1-nitro-2-phenylethane; folk tea for gut, pain, “cold”; rat work shows hypotension and bradycardia. Warming in the kitchen, vasoactive in the lab. Not a hormone.
